Tunbridge Wells Liberal Democrats have selected their prospective candidate, David Hallas, to challenge Conservative Greg Clark at the next general election.

David is a local man born just outside Maidstone and currently lives in Sevenoaks. He is a Primary School teacher who has taught in both the UK and Japan.

David says "I am an ordinary school teacher who wants to win this election because I want to put right the greed and selfishness that has entered our parliament. I want to do what all MPs should be doing and that is representing the ordinary people with the honesty and respect we deserve."
